Nicole Martinez-LeGrand
Nicole is a historian, award winning author, and documentarian. Currently, she spearheads the Multicultural Collecting Initiative at the Indiana Historical Society. She is the Curator of Multicultural Collections in their library and archives division. Nicole is a recognized scholar of Indiana Latino History and has worked in the arts and not for profit sector for twenty years. She is also the one of the three original co-founders of Nopal Cultural, a grassroots Latino art collective that began in 2012. Her professional work has focused on strategic community building with under represented communities within the museum environment.
